Mike brings over 30 years experience in all phases of mechanical construction including Sales, Engineering, Project Management, Operations Management and General Management. His responsibilities

include the development and implementation of short and long term business plans; financial and profitability forecasts; sales and marketing goals; operations support, and employee programs designed to meet the day-to-day needs of the company. Mike is a graduate of Franklin Pierce College, Rindge, New Hampshire.

Keith E. Andrews

Executive Vice President, Business Dev. & Estimating

Keith's 30+ years of experience with Midwest began as a Pipe Fitter Apprentice and progressed to Field Management, Project Manager, Estimating Manager and Operations Manager, to his current position. Keith is responsible for the procurement of work and oversees the Estimating and Pre-Construction department. Keith is a graduate of Northwest Missouri State University, Maryville, Missouri.

Keith Flowers

Vice President, Construction Planning

Keith has 30+ years of experience with Midwest and other mechanical contractors and engineering firms throughout the United States. He has held positions including Designer, Project Engineer, Project Manager and Operations Manager. Keith's responsibilities include oversight of supplier, subcontractor and client budgetary activities; coordination and management of design development projects; CADD and planning of construction personnel.

Mike oversees and directs the budgeting, audit, accounting and long-range forecasting activities for Midwest. His primary focus is to coordinate financial planning with senior leadership in the creation, maintenance and measurement of the company's business plan. Mike directs the organizations' accounting practices and ensures the integrity of the financial information of the company. Mike is a graduate of Rockhurst University, Kansas City, Missouri.
