On May 4, 2006 an official groundbreaking celebration was held for Midwest field and office employees, Windswept Properties (developer), Meyer Brothers Building Co. (contractor) and Davidson Design Group (architect). The new facility is being constructed for Midwest by Meyer Brothers Construction in south Kansas City, Missouri. It will house the corporate offices, warehouse and fabrication shops, bringing all employees "back under one roof" by the end of 2006!

Midwest Mechanical Contractors' new building will be located at 13800 Wyandotte, Kansas City, MO and will include over 20,000 square feet in warehouse and fabrication areas plus an additional 20,000 square feet of office space. The expanded fabrication shop area will more than double the current shop space, allowing more plumbing and piping projects to be pre-fabricated in our own facilities, prior to delivery and installation at job sites.
