Safety Policy
Midwest Mechanical believes in and actively
promotes a safe work environment through our
Zero in on Safety efforts.
We
know that safety and health is fundamental to our success as a company
and to our customer's project, and equally important, it is paramount to our
employees’ success as contributors to their families’ well being.
Maintaining this culture ensures that our team members return home to
their families safe each and every day. Our Safety Director, Charles E.
Paulson and support from senior management, has been crucial to the
effectiveness of our efforts to build a total safety culture. Our
entire Company Safety Manual is available to all employees 24/7 via our
intranet.
A synopsis is below.
For more information email Charles Paulson, our
Safety Director.
As a result of our Zero in on Safety efforts, we are proud of our employees and their safe work habits. Our emphasis on Safety Education and Training allows us to maintain a safety record that is well below the national average and earned us numerous safety awards from the Mechanical Contractors Association of America. Our Current EMR is 0.74.
