Commissioning & Quality Assurance Manager
Glenn ensures that our operations personnel receive the support they need to perform work to the complete satisfaction of our clients. Much of Glenn’s efforts are focused on quality assurance. He serves as an internal client representative, ensuring that all work is completed according to specification and quality standards.
This important function encompasses an array of services, including preplanning, coordination of engineering and materials procurement activities, scheduling, safety, labor supervision, ANSI and ASME standards and other field procedures, supervision of startup, troubleshooting, value analysis, dispute resolution among contractors, and training/certification.
Our quality assurance program helps certify that work is done correctly the first time to eliminate the expenses associated with re-work and punch list items.
With over 30 years of experience, Glenn has been responsible for all types and sizes of mechanical systems that resulted in proper installation and testing. He holds both Certified Building Commissioning Professional (CBCP) and Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Accredited Professional (LEED AP) certifications.
