Keith Andrews, LEED AP
Executive Vice President
As Executive Vice President in charge of Business Development, Keith develops marketing strategies by using the resources he has developed through his years of service in operations, estimating, sales, and marketing. In addition, Keith directs the activities of the estimating department, providing expertise in the identification of bid opportunities, presentation of value engineering opportunities, and the preparation of proposals. Keith also assists in the strategic and business planning process for short and long term planning.
Keith’s 35 years of experience include involvement in thousands of projects, including commercial, industrial, healthcare, advanced technology, prime construction, and power generation facilities. A graduate of Northwest Missouri State University, Keith started his career with Midwest in 1973. After completing a four-year apprenticeship program, Keith became a journeyman pipefitter in 1982.
In addition to his work as a craftsman, he has served Midwest Mechanical in various management roles, including Project Manager, Estimating Manager, Vice President—Estimating, Vice President—Operations Manager, Vice President—Division Manager, and Executive Vice President—Business Development. Keith is also one of Midwest Mechanical’s first employees to complete the American Association of Healthcare Engineers (ASHE) Healthcare Construction Certification program.
