As an employee-owned organization we believe the future is endless and at Midwest Mechanical Contractors we are always planning ahead. We realize that one of the keys to success in the future is finding the best talent today.
Midwest actively hires interns for various positions throughout the company including: Estimating, CAD, and Project Management. Our interns gain valuable on-the-job training at our Kansas City office or one of various jobsites where they work side by side with Senior Estimators, Senior Project Managers or Project Engineers.
Midwest Mechanical Contractors is also associated with the student chapter of MCA at Pittsburg State University in Pittsburg, Kansas where we routinely assist with lectures and participate in recruiting events on the Pittsburgh State campus.
