Pre-Fabricated Piping and Restroom Upgrades
Midwest Mechanical was selected by Konrath/Turner to provide mechanical pre-construction services for the total facility renovations. Upon completion of preconstruction, Midwest was awarded the mechanical upgrade project for one of the NFL’s world-class stadium venues.
Midwest has fabricated 100% of the rest room upgrades, including toilet batteries and sink assemblies, and nearly 100% of the piping installations in our Kansas City, Missouri fabrication shop, allowing field crews to be months ahead of the construction schedule. The chilled water loops that encircle the stadium required numerous joints with a very specific and minimal angle. These were executed by creating a jig in which our pipe fitters were able manufacture the repetitious joints allowing for minimal field welds.
