Replacement Hospital and Central Energy Plant
Midwest provided pre-construction and construction services for a new 6-story, 134 bed full service 331,000 square foot replacement hospital and a new 15,000 square foot Central Energy Plant located on approximately 70 acres in Rogers, AR. The campus master plan includes a new Medical Office Building that will be approximately 90,000 square feet which will be developed at a later date.
Midwest secured a building near the site for pre-fabrication of medical gas and other plumbing and piping in the early stages of the project. As accessibilty to each floor became available, Midwest employees installed the pre-fabricated piping, keeping the project ahead of schedule in most cases. Construction was completed in approximately 30 months.
