Replacement Hospital and Central Energy Plant
Midwest was awarded the entire mechanical package including underground, plumbing, HVAC, Medical Gas and a Central Energy Plant for this new 3-story, 381,000 square-foot hospital facility. The state-of-the-art hospital includes 178 beds, comprehensive care including emergency, cardiac cath lab, pain management, physical therapy, operating suites, maternity, wound care, intensive care and patient care units.
This is the first of 11 new hospitals scheduled to be constructed over the next few years in the Phoenix area. This is also the 1st project that Midwest Mechanical Contractors will have worked on for both the Owner, IASIS Healthcare out of Nashville, TN and the General Contractor R. J. Griffin & Co. also based in Nashville.
