Safety

Midwest Mechanical believes in and actively promotes a safe work environment. We know that safety and health is fundamental to our success as a company and to our client's project, and equally important, it is paramount to our employees’ success as contributors to their families’ well being. Maintaining this culture ensures that our team members return home to their families safe each and every day.

Zero In On Safety

Through our Zero In On Safety program, field employees accumulate Safe Work Hour Points that are then redeemed for items such as apparel or gift cards. Additionally, each time field employees near a 1,000,000 man-hour mark, a large incentive program is announced. These Safety Incentive Awards have included a new Chevrolet Silverado Pick Up, 7-day expense paid cruise or trip to Hawaii; 3-day and 4-day expense paid trips, iPods©, Garmin© GPS units and more!
